Motorcycle Fork Tube Dust Wiper Pairs

Motorbike front forks need regular servicing to replace worn parts - especially the seals & bushings. Many think of Oil Seals - the softer internal viton rubber rings, with a tiny thin spring around the edge to squeeze the lip onto the inside fork tube, stopping lubricants leaking out & leaving metal to grind. Their lips are fragile, so use a fork seal driver kit to hammer carefully during a rebuild to avoid twists or kinks.

Dust Seals (also called wipers) are the first line of defence & the only part you can see from the outside once the upper & lower fork casing tubes are rebuilt. They keep nasty dirt & grit out of the suspension so it can't score up the chrome & pit it, wrecking that smooth sliding.
These dirt wiper pairs from factory manufacturers KYB & Showa plus aftermarket giant All Balls are covers to protect the internals & contaminant-free oil of your fork legs.

If you're a competent DIY garage tuner, check out our complete fork rebuild kits where you get a full set of seals, wipers, inner & outer teflon coated ring bushes, along with some assembly grease - but if you're not up to it, Teknik Motorsport also offers a 3 month warranty on the fork seals we install at our workshop.

We recommend looking at our Fork Performance Parts section to find mud scrapers & tube protection covers if you regularly spend time offroad - but the best & cheapest thing you can do for your bike's suspension? Pressure wash it properly when you get home from riding! If you don't let mud cake & dry on the forks to begin with, the wipers won't get ripped into chunks, so none of it needs to be rebuilt as often.
