Everyone knows the loud performance sponsor stickers - multiple racing brands to stick on body plastics & suspension surfaces shows your competitors what they're up against. Contrary to popular belief though, they don't actually make you race faster.

There are decal sets that genuinely make you quicker though; a marker & settings labels stuck on front fork outer tubes and your rear shock absorber body help keep track of tuning changes between rounds. Spreadsheets & paperwork may not seem like a trackside advantage but good organization while tuning stops you chasing your tail, pick up on trends you may not have noticed, set up quicker the next time at that track, or in that weather. Data logging isn't always electronic.
