Motorcycle Suspension Fork Oil Levels / Bleeders / Syringes

If you work in a motorbike dealership, are a tech in a mechanic garage or a DIY tuner; motorcycle components aren't the only things you need. Complete your jobs just like the professionals - our experienced Teknik Workshop uses the same genuine OEM & quality aftermarket suspension servicing tools, fluids & extras.

Improvising with the wrong basic tools takes forever; plus you're more likely to slip & hurt your suspension components or body. We've all been desperate & tried it though - ugly scrapes, scoring, scratching & gouges on hard outer case surface finishes, rounded off edges on rusted nuts & bolts because you can't get enough grip & torque in a tight space, often a new finger scar. Make your life easier, save some time, save your hands & parts from injury with these essential oil level sets.

Hydraulic fluid doesn't compress but air does. You need to be precise about how high you refill your rebuilt front forks since you're tuning that secondary pneumatic spring effect - check the graphs in our road bike setup guide or matching offroad bike setup guide. Each performance fork cartridge design requires different setting levels; that need for safe, clean, reliable accuracy is why these easily adjustable maintenance tools are so valuable. No mopping up slippery spills or drips!

We've watched 'experts' hold a (now very oily) ruler within the fork, a syringe with rubber tubing (better hope that's chemical resistant) sucking out lubricant with their other hand, dangling around trying to keep everything (especially the floppy tube) perfectly still, trying to eyeball some angled measurements deep down inside the dark hole. It's pretty funny... but mostly it's messy, fiddly & comical.

These unique kits offer practical pre-set height stop options, conveniently designed to help free up another hand to improve control comfortably. No risking optical issues, many of the tubes have millimetre increments already marked. These effective upgrades have been developed with regular tough workshop repairs in mind, with durable alloy head stops & smooth flexible piping - everything needed for quick & effortless rebuilding.

Knowing your front suspension brand, you can also find each tool by manufacturer. For any kind of offroad, enduro, race, trail, road, motocross, adventure or dirt bikes, you can refresh or replace the tricky internals in your fork tubes. So why pay a factory servicing department to fix your pair of fork legs?

To overhaul other parts of your bike, try our shock absorber tools for restoring your rear coilover or specialist chassis, hub & axle tools for maintaining the rest of the body. Be a pro wrenching at home, work or at the racing circuit in the pits.
