Motorcycle Rear Suspension Raising Links

Think of your motorbike's chassis as a skeleton - all the organs to make it work get bolted on. With electronic sensors & wiring as the nerves, shoulders made from triple clamps & handlebars connecting the forks as arms, plus stock linkages & swingarms as leg bones. They're called rear swing ARMS & front fork LEGS - but you don't ride backwards, right? So close enough.

If your tall human frame doesn't quite match the height of your shorter metal motorcycle bones, these raised rear links are a DIY way to give you greater agility & ground clearance. If you are suffering understeer, want sharper turn in response & can handle a taller seat, these sets bolt in quickly & easily.
We have traditional Lowering Links too - plus a selection of special reinforced Performance Links that are designed to improve racing geometry rather than just change seat height. All these kits come pre-assembled with bearings, seals & grease nipples, so installation & maintenance is easy. You'll be improving your suspension by replacing your rusty, sticky or crunchy old shock linkage bearings too!

These lift kits adjust the factory geometry & riding experience. With the back now a little higher than the front, it gives more manoeuvrable handling & can change direction faster, plus the extra breakover angle from higher frame components can be a big confidence boost on rough rocky offroad tracks - no chance of a cracked sump!

Once you've serviced & lifted your suspension you will need to tune your damping to suit - there's increased travel to absorb those bumps, so you can turn down the coilover compression & rebound clickers a little for a plusher ride. Your sag will have changed now too - use our free suspension setup tips to set your spring preload correctly.

If only your human body was this easy to repair & get spares for! We'd all be in better shape. Give it a good service with plenty of lube!
