Suspension Buying Guides

Suspension components are complex & expensive, so it's hard to know what will help & what won't. Here is where you'll find out.

First things first, read our setup guides and improve the tune of your stock front & rear suspensions. But if you still aren't happy with the handling afterwards, that's not uncommon. You may not be who the factory anticipated would be riding, adjusters can only change a little bit, so your standard forks & shocks may not even be near the ballpark. If you're not quite sure which component does what, or whether they'll fit your motorcycle, these guides help explain.
