Motorcycle Suspension Tools - WP
If you work in a motorbike dealership, are a tech in a mechanic garage or a DIY garage tuner; bike components aren't the only things you need. Complete your essential jobs comfortably like the professionals - our own Teknik Workshop uses these same genuine OEM & quality aftermarket tools for WP suspensions.
It can be daunting finding the right bits, especially if you're not sure which tool you need. We offer different ways to search; for a one-off try our "FIND YOUR BIKE" banner above, then scroll down to the 'Tools & Lubricants' section - they'll fit for sure. For a complete range that fits many motorcycles, look in our fork tools for repairing your front, or our shock tools for refreshing the rear damper. We stock special electronic testing tool sets plus some chassis, hub & axle tools too.
This section is for seasoned technicians who regularly maintain performance bikes with one specific suspension brand - Europe's largest manufacturer - WP. We developed many practical tuner upgrades for race teams using their "missing link" Pilot Discharge System shock damper, including tapered progressive springs. KTM service centres rebuild lots of their 4CS & XPlor forks & those PDS shocks, but they're also found on many other brands, such as Husqvarna, Husaberg & BMW.

Sometimes they need to assemble the fork leg components or internal shock absorber parts to fit an oddly designed shape, but mostly they use unique pin shapes & tab sizes to try and stop you working on the internals, hoping you'll pay their repair department (who have these tools!) to fix it. Improvising takes forever plus you're more likely to slip & damage parts or hurt your own body.
We've all done it though. Ugly scrapes, scoring, scratching & gouges in surface finishes, rounded off edges on factory nuts & bolts because you can't get enough grip & torque in a small space. Your expert wrenching reputation now dented & a new knuckle scar - it happens, but it's not exactly pro presentation.
Think of these durable & reliable specialist tool options as part of a performance upgrade - but they will last a lifetime. Quirky tamperproof suspension systems aren't a problem with the right tool for the job; quick & precise repairs don't risk any improvised accidents. Save yourself & your parts some time & injury.
