Motorcycle Fork Right Axle Lugs

Older bikes had chrome steel pipe clamped in the triple trees, sliding inside the aluminium outer case at the bottom, with it's cast in axle clamps. This is a "Conventional" front fork & is still used on many retro cruisers - but most road or offroad sport bikes now use it's successor - "Up-Side Down" forks. USD Fork Legs have larger alloy upper tubes clamped at the top, chromed lower leg pipes sliding inside, with a separate pair of lugs at the bottom as the feet that clamp the front axle.

If your motorbike has a single front rotor, this right axle holder foot doesn't normally have brake calliper mounts. These OEM KYB & Showa mounting brackets are complex castings, often hard anodized, with machining operations for adjustable internals, so aren't cheap. The centre sealing bolt often holds rebound adjustment - find out how to use that adjuster effectively in our clicker setup guide.
