Motorcycle Shock Gas Bladders

Motorbikes with piggyback-style shock absorbers sometimes have an internal floating piston (IFP) separating oil & nitrogen - but much more commonly - a thick rubber reservoir holding the gas separately.

These heavy duty little balloons are less prone to leaking than the seals of pistons, so most factory rear dampers use them to separate the piggy back chamber - learn more about shock layouts.

We have all the components needed to service your stock shocks including the smaller seals, o-rings and retaining c-clips to hold the bladder inside the shock body - but if you want better than factory we also have bladder & cap upgrades - high capacity kits for more plushness, short angled caps for more wheel clearance, bladder conversion kits for IFP shocks, all in spectacular anodized colours!
