We have been developing this package since 2012 with Yamaha Australia and RideAdv on their hire bikes. 

Suitable for riders from 70 - 110kg that use the WR as an adventure bike. Carries 30kg no problem. All the problems with the shock are solved with our shock dyno developed settings. We have tested all our competitors products, we are the only suspension company that uses a shock dyno on every customer job.
What do you get for the money? Total strip and rebuild to our current best setting. Forks are about 27 settings deep, shock over 30 settings. We run the fork and shock in the dynos to check our targets for damping, response, seal drag are met. If we are not within 2% we strip the units and look for a problem. Sometimes we find one, sometimes not. If not we change our setting slightly to meet the targets. Every fork and shock is slightly different, the dyno picks the differences up. If we have to do the shock 5 times to make it hit 2% of target thats what we do. 
 

Pricing is based on a new or as new bike. Consumables such as seals, bushes, bumper, shock seals, etc, cost extra. Freight options include Aust post and TNT, approx $25-40 road.

  • Fork Re-valve – A heavier 0.48kg/mm fork spring can be fitted at extra cost, for the heavy and aggressive, fat and fast, riders.
  • SKF Fork seals and wipers
  • Shock Re-valve and Rebuild
  • Shock Spring – Usually a 9.0kg/mm but 8.0 – 14.5kg/mm is available for lighter or heavier riders.
  • Shock Lowering – We lower every shock 25mm at the guard. (We can lower further, up to 60mm with the addition of fork lowering spacers, short fork springs and a custom shock spring C clip. This will add $300-400 to the job.)

Not Included:

  • Consumables - If you need consumables such as seals, bushes, bumper, shock seal, etc, these are at our normal online prices.
